These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SureCover platform, including the website at surecoveradvisor.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service

SureCover provides AI-assisted insurance analysis and educational reports based on information submitted by users. The Service is intended to help users understand insurance products, identify potential coverage gaps, and make more informed decisions about their insurance needs.

SureCover is not an insurance company, insurer, insurance broker, insurance agent, or IRDAI-registered intermediary. We do not sell, underwrite, or endorse any insurance product. We do not receive commissions from any insurer. Our reports are analytical and educational in nature.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You must be a resident of India or accessing the Service from India.
• By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

When using SureCover, you agree to:

• Upload only insurance policy documents that you own or are legally authorized to use.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all questionnaires and forms.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms or data from the platform.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• Not share, resell, or commercially exploit reports generated by the Service.
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Paid Services & Payments

• Certain features of the Service require payment (Coverage Analysis at ₹99; Policy Decoder at ₹99).
• All payments are processed securely through our Authorized Payment Service Provider. By making a payment, you also agree to the Terms of Service of our Payment Gateway.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, algorithms, AI models, content, design, and branding on the SureCover platform are the exclusive intellectual property of SureCover Technologies.
• Reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or generated reports without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be 100% accurate. AI-generated analysis is based on the information you provide and may not capture all nuances of your specific policy or situation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage users to first contact us at admin@surecoveradvisor.com to resolve disputes amicably.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
